We assist elderly, disabled, and low-income folks with qualifying for and locating properties for rent. Our office is located at 88 Silver Street in Waterville Maine.

We also have properties in our Tax Credit Program that fit the needs for affordable housing. This program has properties offering to house people 55+ that fall within predetermined income guidelines. Contact us today to see how you might qualify.
