We Are More Than Rental Assistance

Established in 1968, Waterville Housing Authority provides housing to low-income and elderly residents. Residents can trust in our dedicated commitment to fair and affordable housing. For us, it is all about ensuring our residents receive the best housing possible, based on their needs.

Waterville Housing Authority is a regional agency, representing the greater Waterville area. We serve housing needs in Waterville, Oakland, Sidney, and Winslow.

The staff is filled with well-trained and experienced professionals, all having a fantastic understanding of public housing. This allows us to better serve residents and landlords while maintaining occupancy rates and housing standards for all.

We assist elderly, disabled, and low-income folks with qualifying for and locating properties for rent. Our office is located at 88 Silver Street in Waterville Maine.

We assist with federal and state-funded programs. It is these funded programs that allow us to subsidize the rent of many folks who may need help with safe and affordable housing.
